Comfortable apartment situated in a peaceful semi rural location in the village of Ringmore Shaldon South Devon. Two minute walk to the estuary and five minutes to the seaside resort of Shaldon with a further ferry ride to Teignmouth. Views to the estuary and across open fields. Ideal for couples and perfectly located for walking sailing riding ( consideration for pony or horse by arrangement with additional charge). Ample secure car parking. We welcome disabled but consideration should be given for the suitability for less able due to steps. Strictly no smoking policy and no dogs applies.Payment is required by cash or cheque as we do not process the card details supplied to Laterooms as these are simply provided to secure the reservation.

Directions to The Sail Loft SHALDON

From Exeter take the A380 towards Torquay. Turn left signposted Teignmouth and follow the road into the town. At the traffic lights junction take the right hand lane heading towards Shaldon. Turn left at the next set of traffic lights OVER SHALDON BRIDGE. At the end of the bridge you will pass over a pedestrian crossing and the road bears naturally to the right. Continue on and IMMEDIATELY turn right again heading towards Combeinteignhead. Continue on with the river now on your righthand side. The road then rises and enters an S bend. Long Lane is situated on the left just before a set of three small cottages. Turn left into Long Lane and the entrance to the property is through the first set of large gates on your right hand side. For ease of access it is suggested that you pass the entrance and turn around approaching and entering down the hill.
