An iron and ironing board are available on request .A limited number of parking permits allowing free local parking are available on a first come first served basis.Secure off road parking available for motor bikes and bicycles.Early breakfasts are available on request for Condor ferry passengers and guests on fishing diving charters.We have a fridge and freezer available for angler's use and provide secure storage for tackle. From Dorchester follow the signs for Weymouth seafront. Follow the Esplanade along the seafront. Just as the road forks left towards the Pavillion and Condor Ferry terminal the Warwick Guesthouse is ahead of you.
