From Marsh Mills roundabout take the lane marked for Plympton. Continue along Plymouth Road through 4 sets of traffic lights. At the fifth set of traffic lights a Texaco Petrol Service station will be on your left hand side. Turn left into Larkham Lane. Continue along Larkham Lane. At the end turn right and immediately left into Crossways. Follow Crossways until the end of the road and turn left into Boringdon Hill. The Hotel is situated up the hill about 300 yards on the left hand side.

From CornwallTake the junction signed B3414 signposted Leigham and Estover take 4th exit off roundabout on B3416. immediately take left hand lane signposted for Plympton and continue to Marsh Mills roundabout.From Exeter If travelling on the A38 Devon Expressway ignore the first sign marked Plympton and continue to next exit Marsh Mills From Marsh Mills Roundabout At Marsh Mills Roundabout take the lane marked for Plympton. Continue along Plymouth Road through 4 sets of traffic lights a Somerfield Petrol Station will be on your left hand side. Turn left into Larkham Lane. Continue along Larkham Lane at the end turn right and immediately left into Crossways. Follow Crossways until the end of the road and turn left into Boringdon Hill. The Hotel is situated up the hill (300 yards) on the left.
