This Grade II listed building is ideally placed by the waterfront in the centre of Bristol providing spacious studios one bedroom apartments (some with sofa bed) and a magnificent two bedroom penthouse. Many apartments enjoy excellent views of Bristol s famous harbourside. Overlook the Floating Harbour and the beautiful Bristol Bridge guests benefit from excellent transport links with Temple Meads train station just a 15 minute walk from the apartments. Everything that the city has to offer is within easy walking distant and within a 5 minute walk lies the fantastic Cabot Circus shopping centre with its exclusive restaurants bars cinemas and leisure facilities. Each interior designed apartment has a large living and dining area fully equipped kitchen spacious double bedroom with king size bed and separate bathroom. The two bedroom penthouse apartment has an ensuite shower room along with a main bathroom. The two bedroom apartments also have a sofa bed which can be used to accommodate an additional 2 adults at a charge of £20.00 per night Payment SACO - The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID such as a driving licence or passport. Security Deposits A refundable security deposit to cover additional charges including breakages damages extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay may also be taken and you will be advised whether this is payable at the same time. This will vary on the size of apartment you have booked. Group Policy We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. A security deposit as above will also be required for each apartment booked. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. Credit and Debit Card: A transaction fee of 3% VAT on the total payable will apply to Diners Club and American Express Card (Amex) and 1.75% VAT to Visa Credit Card and MasterCard payments. There is no transaction fee on Visa Debit Card or Maestro/ Solo payments. Credit card details must match the security checks. We may pass your debit/credit card details to a third party to process any payments. Credit card fees are not refundable in any circumstances.

DIRECTIONS TO SACO (From M4) Exit M4 at Junction 19 Follow M32 towards Bristol City Centre At the end of the M32 bear right onto A4044 (Bond Street) at the St. James roundabout take the first left onto A38 The Haymarket. At the traffic lights keep left. At the next traffic lights turn left onto Baldwin Street . Take the second right onto Queen Charlotte Street. After the NCP car park turn left onto Crow Lane then left at the Welsh Back. SACO is on the left next door to the Brigstow Hotel and opposite the Glass Boat Restaurant.
