Take the M23 and A23 southbound into Brighton following the road to the seafront. At the seafront turn right towards Hove. Follow the coast road for approx. 1 mile (you will pass the West Pier on your left). Turn right into Grand Avenue then 1st left into Church Road then 1st left into Third Avenue.
