BY CAR: After leaving M5 motorway continue onto A38 signed Torquay/Plymouth. After approx 3-4 miles take the left hand lanes to Torquay A380. Stay on this road until you reach Newton Abbot. At Penn Inn roundabout continue straight over signed Torquay/Paignton. At the next roundabout take the A3022 signed Torquay. Continue on this road through four sets of traffic lights. At fifth set of traffic lights (by Torre Station/Halfords) take right hand fork into Avenue Road signed Seafront. Kingston House is approximately 500 metres on the left.
