PLEASE READ !! br / br / If you are checking in between 2nd and 17th August 2017 we will be offering a slightly reduced service during this period as the owners of this establishment are on Holiday and the business will be cared for by our parents. br / br / We will be offering a hot and cold self service breakfast only and NO evening meals. However there are two cafes within a minutes walking distance both of whom offer a variety of breakfast choices. An early continental breakfast in house can be arranged on arrival ( from 7.00). As stated we will not be offering evening meals during this period but again there are a variety of other options in the town within 1-2 mins walk. Please ring on 01406 426919 to discuss any special requirements you may have or for any more information. br / br / br / br / br / br / The Mansion House is thought to have been built as early as 1681 although its style is that of the Queen Anne period (1702-1714). It s best known as the birthplace of Sir Norman Angell br / br / br / br / the Nobel Peace Prize Winner of 1933 who was born in the house in 1872. The Blue Plaque to the right of the door celebrates this famous man. br / br / br / br / Today this fine historic building has been sympathetically restored to a high standard as a modern hotel and 1252 Bistro Bar. br / br / br / br / The hotel offers a high standard of accommodation combining both the history of the building with the best of modern technology including Wi-Fi Internet Access and Satellite Television. br / br / br / br / Inside you ll find a high standard of accommodation with most of the tastefully decorated rooms en-suite. The rooms feature stripped pine furniture coupled with flat screen televisions and a variety of baths or showers.

Directions to The Mansion House Hotel Spalding

The Mansion House is situated in the centre of Holbeach High Street just up from boots the chemists and across from swepstones the butchers. We have parking to the right of the hotel under the marquee where there are two spaces and 3-4 to the right hand side of the gravel drive. There is also parking to the left which we keep for multiple bookings all departing at the same time. More parking 20 yrs to the right in the HSBC Bank car park who kindly let us use for banking with them.
