Crimdon Dene was built in 1904 it is run by resident proprietors Margaret & John Grosse since 1999 a quality 4 star Guest House awarded a certificate of excellence from Tripadvisor for the excellent guest reviews we have received & winners of a Gold National Clean Air Award for our non-smoking policy. We are a licensed guest house consisting of 3 floors situated in a tree lined road only a short distance from glorious beaches Torre Abbey Gardens Torquay Seafront Marina Harbour Shops and Town Centre. we are one of the nearest guest houses to the Riviera Leisure and Conference Centre. And Torquay Railway Station is only a short walk away. We offer a pleasant home from home atmosphere with our bar/lounge on the ground floor & our dining room situated on the lower ground all our bedrooms rooms are light airy & comfortable all with en-suite & pleasantly traditionally decorated to a very good standard with a style in keeping with the style & age of the property some rooms are situated on the ground floor for those a little less mobile the remaining rooms are on the upper floor with full central heating through out the building the winter months we are constantly upgrading our rooms for your comfort. M5 - Road: Follow signs for Torquay coming through Kingskerswell to roundabout continue straight along Riveira way onto Newton Road passing B&Q on your left continue for half a mile until you see Halfords car accessories store infront of you get into right hand lane at these lights then continue straight along Avenue Road going through lights at Mill Road when you get to the next set of lights turn sharp left (first exit) this is Falkland Road we are situated just up on the left hand side.
