From Edinburgh (approx 50 miles) Follow signs for M9 to Grangemouth/Stirling. Keep on M9 until A9 Dual Carriageway signposted to Perth. 18 miles further on this road passing Stirling/Dunblane/Blackford. Take the A823 exit signposted to Crieff/ Dunfermline/Gleneagles. At the T junction turn right. 1 mile further on turn left and Duchally is only half a mile along this narrow road. From Glasgow (approx 50 miles) Follow signs for M9 (Perth/ Stirling) which becomes the A9. And Continue on this road passing Stirling/Dunblane/Blackford. After Blackford take the next exit A823 signposted to Crieff / Dunfermline/ Gleneagles. At the T junction turn right.1 mile further on turn left and Duchally is only half a mile along this narrow road. From North of Perth (approx 14 miles from Perth) From North of Perth pick up the A9 signposted Glasgow/Stirling. Approximately 12 miles on Pass Gleneagles Station sign post on left hand side then take the next slip road the A823 to Dumfermline Turn left at the junction 1 Mile on turn left Duchally Country Estate is half a mile along on the left hand side
