 Traditional 18th century Scottish coaching inn dating from 1760 set in the heart of Perthshire in the village of Bankfoot. We are a family run hotel close to Perth and just south of Dunkeld. Ideally placed as a base for weekend and short breaks we re only 45 miles from both Glasgow and Edinburgh airports. Accommodation is spread across six comfortable rooms. Downstairs we have our public bar lounge bar and restaurant. We host weekly folk music sessions every Wednesday evening these are open for anyone to join in. For the beer lover we are listed in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide and offer an ever-changing choice of ales (we were also CAMRA Pub of the Year Runner-up in 2013). The inn is open all year and we cater for all interested parties. During the cooler months we have the fires lit to make our home warm and cosy. The Bankfoot Inn offers a great atmosphere set in a real Scottish country inn. We serve good home-cooked food and good craic. We are also Dog Friendly.
