The Mill is an attractive detached converted barn set in a rural location close to the village of Constantine. Midway between Falmouth and Helston and ideally situated for visiting The Lizard and the West of Cornwall. The lovely gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan are just a few miles away. In this peaceful hamlet we offer two ensuite ground floor rooms in our converted Little Barn which is separate from the main house and has it s own entrance with easy sloping access from the parking area. Our rooms a double and a twin both ensuite are situated either side of the entrance hallway/kitchen. Although entirely suitable for individual couples Little Barn is also ideal as a self contained family suite or for friends staying together. Lovely breakfast is served in your room where there are dining facilities. Tea/ coffee always available. Pretty garden ample parking and free WiFi.

From A30 travelling West Follow the A30 to Carland Cross roundabout Turn Left onto A39 to Truro At Truro turn right and follow signs for Falmouth on A39 At Treliever roundabout take the exit for Falmouth and after half a mile at Kernick roundabout (beside B&Q and Asda stores) turn right for Mabe Burnthouse. Go uphill and at junction take left signposted Constantine 5 miles. Follow signs for Constantine and go straight through village past the Spar shop after 250yds take left at school. The Mill is 400yds further on after the Brill sign we are the 3rd entrance on the left. Travelling East Follow signs for Helston Gweek and on to Constantine. At T junction in village turn left after 250 yds turn left at school. The Mill is 400yds further on after the Brill sign we are the 3rd entrance on the left.
