Welcome to The Hideaway Experience located on our family farm at the foot of the Sidlaw Hills just north of Dundee in Angus Scotland. We have three Hideaways all graded 5 star from Visit Scotland. All three Hideaways are designed exclusively for couples wishing to get away from it all and spend time in peaceful and private surroundings. All are separate from each other and offer complete privacy. The brief for our architect was to allow guests to be naked in the hot tub with no one being able to see them! The Hideaways are ideal for relaxing holidays as well as for honeymoons and other special occasions. Why not have a picnic lunch and take in breathtaking views of Angus Fife and Perthshire from the top of Balluderon Hill behind The Hideaway Back in the comfort of your accommodation stretch out and relax in the sauna then cool off with a quick blast of the outdoor shower then sink into the large double bath before enjoy some champagne in the outdoor hot tub on the deck. For those wishing to relax they need never leave The Hideaway sit back and enjoy the double sided wood burning stove in the bedroom and lounge before retiring to your four poster super king size bed with stunning views of the local countryside. Directions to The Hideaway Experience Dundee

From Dundee and the south - heading east towards Aberdeen along the Kingsway ring road which circles Dundee take the left exit into Strathmartine road at the roundabout after you see Tescos on your right. Keep on this road after one mile take the second exit at the roundabout then head out of Dundee again taking the second exit at another roundabout next to a new housing development. Drive straight through a little village called Bridgefoot then keep on this road up the hill round the bend and continue on through double corners. Further along this road you will come to a farm road end with a sign for Balkello and The Hideaway. Turn in here. Drive up the road past three cottages and keep going - the Hideaway is straight past the farmhouse on your left on the other side of the farm buildings.
