Leave the M6 at junction 32 to join the M55 motorway. Continue to the end of this road taking the left feeder lane sign-posted South Shore Lytham St Annes B5261 (first exit at the roundabout) At roundabout take the 3rd exit continuing along Progress Way (A5230) Continue straight along this road until the end. At T Junction turn left onto the A584 (signposted Lytham St Annes) Turn right at the second set of traffic lights onto St Annes Road West. Turn left onto South Promenade The Hotel is situated approx 100 yards along on the left hand side. There are over 100 free on-site parking spaces.
