Welcome to our family run Guest House. In this friendly village our budget priced rooms are ideal for a one-off stay or for a more longer term residency. The majority of our guests are contractors working for local businesses such as Ratcliffe Power Station and Sutton Bonington University or travellers with flights to and from East Midlands Airport which is located just 2 miles away. Our prices are on a room only basis due to our regular demand. We provide basic cooking equipment on each floor for your own use. The village has a variety of takeaways pubs and restaurants. Breakfast is served from 5.30am at the bakery a short walk around the corner. Each of our rooms offer an en-suite shower flatscreen television heating towels tea and coffee making facilities and use of a spacious car park at the rear. NEW BAR JUST OPENED!!!!! Opening from 3pm 7 days a week the bar serves a selection of real ales lagers wines and spirits. Relax with a pint while playing pool watch the football on Skysports or BTsports or take your mates on at darts. Located on the groundfloor at the front.
