By car: From the Chester Highroad (A540) please take exit signposted Parkgate opposite the car centre (approx. 1 mile from the Heswall end of A540). Continue along Boathouse Lane for approximately 2-3 miles until you find yourself on the Parade in Parkgate. Continue along the Parade for approximately 0.5 miles and The Ship is signposted on the left. By rail: Liverpool Lime Street is 16 miles away with excellent intercity services. The nearest train station is Neston. By air: Liverpool John Lennon airport is approximately 20 miles away. Manchester International Airport is approximately 40 miles away.
