From the M90 Exit at J12 onto the Broxden Roundabout and take the 2nd exit onto the A9 (N) in the direction of Perth. Follow the A9 into Dunkeld and when signposted turn right onto the A923 in the direction Blairgowrie. Continue along this road and the hotel can be found on the left hand side.
