Ashberry Guest House is a newly-built beautifully furnished six bedroom sandstone Guest House in the historic market town of Penrith the gateway to the Lakes. Our location is ideal for touring the Lakes Eden Valley and the Scottish Borders and we are within one mile of Junction 40 of the M6. All rooms are en-suite consisting of three doubles one king and two twins which can be made into superkings via zip and link beds. One twin room being an accessible room with accessible en-suite wet room on the ground floor. All rooms are individually and tastefully decorated to a high standard. They also have free Wi-Fi Freeview LCD TV s clock radios hairdryers and have a well stocked hospitality tray with a selection of teas coffee hot chocolate and bottled water.

Directions to Ashberry guest house Penrith

Ashberry Guest House is situated one mile from junction 40 of the M6 and one quarter of a mile from the A66 at the southern end of Penrith. Leave the M6 at junction 40 and take the A66 (Scotch Corner)down to the Kemplay Bank roundabout and take the 1st exit. Travel down about 100 yards past the KFC restaurant (on the left) and B&Q (on the left) then just passed Ullswater Community College turn in via the slip road just before the mini roundabout and Ashberry Guesthouse and car park is on your left. From the A6 north of Penrith follow the signs for town centre and A66 through town until you get to John Norris Game & Fishing Tackle shop on your left 100 meters further on you will see the Shell Garage on left as you approach there is a mini roundabout. Just over the roundabout is an access slip road to the right and Ashberry car park is to the left side of the building.
