Cowley Manor is a contemporary country house hotel which sits in the glorious Cotswold countryside surrounded by 55 acres of parkland lakes springs woods and meadows. Cowley Manor opened in 2002 offering a five star experience its award-winning design and architecture combined to pioneer a new wave of contemporary country house hotels. With emphasis on comfort service and very few rules Cowley Manor is the ideal place to relax unwind and indulge in the heart of the British countryside. The Restaurant at Cowley Manor is a grand room with a spectacularly high colourful ceiling and beautiful views of the grounds offering a menu of seasonal organic locally sourced food. The acclaimed C-Side Spa has two stunning pools: a 17m green slate lined indoor pool heated all year round and an elegant outdoor pool also heated all year round. In addition it has four treatment rooms and a separate manicure and pedicure area enabling the dedicated therapists to offer a full range of indulging and therapeutic treatments all using Green & Spring products. The bedrooms are retreats unto themselves with bespoke textiles and furniture all designed by British artists and designers and oversized bathrooms complete with rainforest showers and ample amenities. An idyllic countryside experience not to be missed. Note: We have two pet friendly rooms that are based in our stable block these are two better rooms. The Pet supplement fee is £25 per stay per pet. Directions to Cowley Manor Cheltenham

The Hotel is in the small pretty village of Cowley not far from Cheltenham and Cirencester and under 2 hours drive from London. The closest train stations are Kemble or Cheltenham. Please let us know if you d like us to arrange transport from the stations. Scroll down to download directions. From M4 (about half an hour) Leave the M4 at junction 15 and follow signs towards Cheltenham. 7 miles past Cirencester take a left signed Elkstone. Go through Elkstone past the Green Dragon Pub turn left onto the A435 and take the first left signed Cowley. Cowley Manor is 600m on the left. From the M5 (about 15 minutes) Leave the M5 at junction 11a and follow signs to Cirencester go straight over the Air Balloon roundabout towards Stow A436 and Oxford A40 and continue until you reach the next roundabout. Turn right towards Cirencester onto the A435. Follow this road for 1 miles where Cowley is signposted to the right. Travel down the road into the village and Cowley manor is on the left. From Cheltenham (about 10 minutes) Follow the A40 towards Oxford until the right turn to Cirencester A435. The Cowley turn is on the right after about 5 miles. Cowley Manor is 600m on the left. From Oxford (about 55 minutes) Take the A40 towards Cheltenham. Turn left onto the A436 towards Gloucester. Turn left on A435 towards Cirencester. Signs for Cowley is on the right after 1 1/2 miles. Cowley Manor is 600m on the left.
