Your hosts Barry and Nicola welcome you to the Seaview hotel. We have comfortable surroundings large garden and patio area. The Seaview is situated at the end of a no through road within 2 minutes walk to the beach with beautiful areas to discover on foot close by or if wanting to travel further afield Worthing Arundel Chichester & Brighton are all easily accessible. The Hotel rooms have all been decorated with a personal touch & three of the rooms offer views of the sea all the rooms offer en-suite facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is served 8.30am till 10am. Free Wi-Fi and parking are available to all guests. The nearby racecourses of Goodwood Fontwell & Brighton are all close by as well. Seaview also offers an attractive menu at lunchtime & the evenings serving locally sourced food with a good selection of daily changing specials the bar also offers a great selection of locally brewed real ales & a fine selection of wines. The kitchen is closed Sun and Monday night.

Located at the south (sea) end of East Preston a small village in West Sussex 2 miles off the A24 and 15 minutes from Worthing 40 minutes from Brighton. From the A27 Chichester heading to Worthing/Brighton/Littlehampton/A284/Warningcamp/Burpham continue to follow A27. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Lyminster Rd/A284 heading to Lyminster/Rustington. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Worthing Rd/A259 continue to follow A259 go through 2 roundabouts. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Station Rd / B2140 at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Worthing Rd/B2140. Turn right at The St Continue onto Fairlands Turn right at Sea Rd Destination will be on the left. If coming by train the local station is called Angmering which is approximately 5 minutes by taxi this station is serviced from London Victoria with an average journey time of 1hour 40 minutes & going onwards to Southampton which has an average journey of 1 hour.
