We are a small bed and breakfast located on the sunny side of Tennyson Avenue. Our property is a spacious Victorian Town house which has good sized rooms. We have 7 spacious en-suite rooms three with double bed three with twin beds and a four poster bedroom. All rooms are en-suite all rooms have their own flat screen TV with freeview a small table top refrigerator and tea coffee and hot chocolate making facilities. We are centrally situated just a leisurely stroll from the North beach Leisure World (reopens in 2016) the town centre and the Spa complex. The railway station and the bus station are both a short taxi ride away. We are inspected annually by the Bridlington Tourism association who ensure that the accommodation is equivalent to a 3 star Visit England grading.

We are ideally located for those who wish to enjoy the local walking bird watching fishing trips golf clubs and for touring the Wolds and Heartbeat country . Or use us as a base to explore further a field. The North York Moors Leeds York and Hull are all within an easy drive.
