By road directions From the M5 exit at Junction 30 and take the A376 towards Clyst St Mary. Turn right at the first roundabout continuing on the A376 and straight over the second roundabout. By rail and air directions Topsham Station is only half a mile away with a 15 minute connection to Exeter St Davids Station and a 10 minute connection to Exmouth. Exeter Airport is only four miles north just off the A30 via Junction 29 of the M5.
