The perfect destination for a romantic break or a family holiday. Scoresby s Holiday Apartments are situated in a beautiful Grade II listed building in the heart of Whitby. The building dates back to 1816 and has been lovingly restored to provide luxurious holiday accommodation. All reservations are subject to a 10% non refundable charge upon booking. There are four apartments currently available to book Scoresby s Apartment Scoresby s Retreat Scoresby s Nest and Teasdale Rooms . All of the flats have two bedrooms with the exception of The Nest which is a smaller one bedroom flat on the top floor It is quite a climb up lots of stairs to this flat that has stunning views across town to the Abbey. There is a double bedrooom and a double sofa-bed in the lounge. Just a short walk from the sea and close to all of the town s attractions the apartments are the ideal location for your stay. An allocated parking space is provided with The Apartment and The Retreat but not with The Nest or Teasdale Rooms . Please check when booking to be sure whether or not the reservation has a parking space.

Directions to Scoresby s Apartments Whitby

Parking and entrance are at the rear of the property - 14 Walker Street Approaching Whitby from the A171 take a left turn towards the town centre at the T junction. At the bottom of the hill take a left at the roundabout (up the hill). At the next roundabout take a right turn (fourth exit) onto St Hilda s Terrace. Follow the road into town and around a sharp right bend onto Brunswick Street. At the bottom of the hill (just before the two churches) is Walker Street. Turn right onto Walker Street and you will find Jameson House at the top of the hill (third building on the left from the end). One parking space is alloted to the rear of the house on Walker Street.
