Set in 33 acres of wooded parkland and overlooking Lanteglos Valley Juliot s Well makes a superb rural retreat situated on the outskirts of Camelford between the moors and the spectacular Cornish coastline. The cottages are situated within Juliot s Well Holiday Park and guests have full use of the on-site amenities including the outdoor heated swimming pool (open mid-May to mid-September) Coach House Bar & Restaurant fishing lake games room and small shop. Limited facilities in the quieter winter months. There are five two-bedroom stone-built cottages which have been built to a high specification and are well equipped throughout including full central heating plus a wood burner in the lounge. Each cottage features Two-bedrooms with one double and one twin One bathroom with shower washbasin toilet hairdryer and shaver point Separate downstairs cloakroom Lounge with TV and selected satellite channels plus DVD player and log fire Separate well-equipped kitchen and dining area with cooker microwave dishwasher fridge freezer washing machine/tumble dyrer iron and board plus a wide range of kitchen utensils crockery and cutlery All bedding made up for your arrival comprising linen pillows and duvets All towels and tea towels provided for cottage use Full double glazing and centrally heated throughout plus wood burner in the lounge Smoke alarm Patio garden with furniture Private parking Please note all the cottages are entirely non-smoking. Disabled Guests Disabled clients are most welcome however please note the park is entirely unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair or for anyone with severe walking difficulties. If you are unsure please ask. Pets Well-behaved dogs (max 2) permitted in selected cottage subject to advance booking and a supplement payable of £6 per dog per night. Please note all-male/all-female parties are not usually accepted but in certain circumstances may be permitted subject to a higher security deposit being paid in advance. Directions to Juliots Well Cottages Camelford

By road Follow the A30 from Exeter. By-passing Launceston turn right onto the A395. Turn left onto the A39 to Camelford. A quarter of a mile beyond the town (just after the sign for Truckle Valley) turn right onto the B3266 and then second left on sharp bend signposted Juliot s Well. We are 300 yards along on the right. By rail/coach The nearest railway station is Bodmin Parkway around 15 miles from Juliot s Well. By air Newquay Airport is 23 miles away. Car hire can be arranged from the airport.
