Our bed and breakfast offers complete privacy and seclusion within a private annex of the main house. The main guest bedroom with antique four poster bed offers a spacious feel with windows overlooking the traditional stable yard and also the garden. The main guest bedroom also benefits from private use of the drawing room with open fire and traditional dining area with baby grand piano. For groups of four we offer a second guest bedroom. A continental breakfast is included with the price and includes warm pastries croissants cheeses toast preserves yoghourt cereals and fruit. A cooked breakfast is available by request at an additional cost of £6 per head. br / br / br / br / Surrounded by open countryside and yet approximately 2.5 miles from Oxford City Centre. It is recommended that guests have a car although it is possible to walk to public transport or Old Marston Village in approximately 10 minutes (please note this necessitates crossing the ring road at a designated crossing). Cyclists can use the adjacent cycle track. There is a pretty walk to the rear of the property over open farmland adjoining the Oxfordshire Way. Bicester Village which is a twenty minute drive by car is a must for shopping enthusiasts!

Oxford City Centre - Road: From Oxford City centre proceed along the Banbury Road towards Summertown and continue on this road through Summertown to Cutteslowe Roundabout. Turn right to Headington and Marston on the Northern by-pass. Continue on this road past Cutteslowe park and look out for two triangular warning signs with tractors Farm Traffic 350 yards Shortly after this there is a horse and rider sign and Mill Lane is a direct turning off the bypass approximately 50 yards after this sign.
