This friendly B&B is decorated to the highest standard. It is just 10 minutes drive away from Poole town and the Historic Poole Quay. Nestled between the Purbeck Hills and Cranborne Chase Wimborne is just down the road with its famous weekend market beautiful old theatre and the minster itself. it is within 20 minutes of Bournemouth and the Sandbanks beaches the New Forest and Purbeck villages of Corfe Castle and Swanage. Heatherdene is ideally placed for guests who want peaceful surroundings combined with a central location for all the local attractions. Corfe Mullen village itself boasts good pubs an excellent Indian restaurant and well-stocked shops within walking distance. Fresh eggs for breakfast from our own hens.

Directions to Heatherdene House WIMBORNE

Arriving from the east take the westbound A31 at the Canford Bottom main roundabout. Continue on the A31 at the next roundabout turning right following signposts for Dorchester / Corfe Millen. Still on the A31 take the left exit at the next roundabout signposted for Corfe Mullen. Follow the road and signs for Lytchett Minster over 2 small roundabouts into Wareham Road. You will pass a Co-op shop on the right hand side another Co-op about 1.5 miles later on the left hand side continue on the Wareham Road until you reach a third small roundabout where you turn left into Springdale Road the second left is Highfield Road and we are just beyond the Albert Road crossroads on the left hand side. Arriving from the west follow the A31 east to the Wimborne roundabout take the third exit signposted to Corfe Mullen and follow the same route through the village as above. Arriving from Poole take the Holes Bay Road north A350 signposted for Dorchester keeping the bay on your left hand side. Still on the Holes Bay Road at the first roundabout take the second exit A349 to Broadstone. Head north on this Broadstone Way for approx 3 miles to the next roundabout and take the second exit into the Higher Blandford Road B3074 signposted Corfe Mullen. After approx 100 there is a set of traffic lights turn left here into Springdale Road. Follow Springdale Road uphill and pass Julia s House on your left as the road levels you will see Highfield Road on your right. Pass Albert Road crossroads and we are a little further on the left hand side.
