We are fully insured and hold a full fire certificate for your safety to ensure you have a carefree and happy holiday. The Kingswinford is situated on the level just yards from Paignton s famous Green and the sandy Blue Flag beach. Set in a terrace overlooking a quiet park with the Harbour and the Apollo nine screen cinema showing all the latest films. The greatest plus is the Princess and Babbacombe theatres and our very own Palace Theatre which host all the summer shows just a few minutes walk away. Swimming is very safe and the warm waters of high season entice many in for a dip or if you prefer you can just enjoy a relaxing day in a deck chair.
