We welcome you to our site and our home. br / br / br / br / Our aim is to provide a pleasant and enjoyable holiday in a relaxed and friendly family atmosphere. br / br / br / br / Paignton is set in the middle of what has come to be known as Torbay The English Riviera. There are plenty of attractions for you the holidaymaker to enjoy whatever the weather happens to be. The main shopping area is a level walk away where you will find plenty of independent retailers alongside the high street chains. br / br / br / br / The seafront and Paignton Pier are just at the end of the road and there is a new childrens adventure park situated alongside the Apollo cinema. If you fancy a round of crazy golf then make your way to the Esplanade where you will find quite a challenging course. Agatha Christie fans can now catch the steam train to Greenway Holt where a bus awaits to take you for a tour of her former home. Alternatively stay on the train to Kingswear and catch the fairy to Dartmouth where you can explore the ancient town. Paignton Zoo makes a good day out for all the family and it is only 1.5 miles away a regular bus service stops right outside. .

Directions to Birklands Guest House Paignton

M5 - Road: Follow signs for Torquay on the A380. At the first round-about go straight on to Torquay still on the A380. At the next round-about turn right follow the A380 going straight across the next two round-about s. At the third turn left for Paignton. Follow this road down into Paignton until you come to traffic lights. Turn right to next lights turn left into the one way system keeping to the left follow signs for sea front. You will find us at 33 Garfield Road. br/ br/ Seafront - Road: Turn into Beach Road continue to the end of road. Then turn right follow road around 100 yards where you will find the Birklands on the left hand side. br/ br/ Train/Bus Station - Train: Walk over level crossing into Torbay Road. Turn second left into Garfield Road and follow road past car park on your left for about 400yards Birklands will be on your left.
