We offer comfortable en-suite bedrooms with double twin and family rooms. We welcome singles couples and families but regret no stag or hen parties. We are within a minutes walk to the seafront and Paignton Green along the esplanade. The green hosts events all summer long. br / br / br / br / The town centre rail and bus stations shops bars and restaurants are within a 5 / 10 minute walk. Seacroft is in an ideal location for beach holidays sight-seeing and visiting the many attractions in the bay. Our conservatory and pretty patio garden are available to relax in at any time. We offer a good choice of breakfast in our light dining room from light dishes to full english. We have an ample size car park with a parking space for each room. br / br / br / br / Our room folders are full of information to help you choose the best places to visit and restaurants bars we reccommend to our guests. Our reception area also has a host of colour brochures maps and information on local attractions and interest that we are happy to assist our guests with if required.

Exeter - Road: As M5 ends merge onto the A38 and follow signs for Torquay then Paignton. At Preston Down Roundabout take 1st exit to Preston sea front follow the sea front until Paignton Esplanade with the sea on the left pass the Apollo multi-plex cinema Pirates Golf until mini roundabout turn right and the 1st right again into Adelphi Lane and 1st left into our car-park. We are situated on the corner of Sands Road and Adelphi Lane. br/ br/ Paignton Train Station - Train: From Train station walk towards the sea front along Torbay Road at end of road turn right into the Esplanade and to the end to the mini roundabout turn right and find Seacroft on corner of Adelphi Lane. br/ br/ Paignton Bus Station - Coach: From bus station into Torbay Road towards sea front end of road turn right into Esplanade Road at end of Esplanade turn right at mini roundabout and find Seacroft on corner of Adelphi Lane.
