Providence Farm has a very pleasant country feel to the property with it being set in a picturesque wooded valley and yet is only two miles from St. Austell town centre with it being situated on the B3274 making it easy to find with no narrow country lanes to negotiate! br / br / br / br / Providence Farm is actually a small holding not a working farm although we do have four horses and some free range chickens which our guests are most welcome to meet.Being centrally located with easy links to the major road networks this means we are ideally situated to visit the local attractions of The Eden Project (3 miles) Charlestown (5 miles) Mevagissey (9 miles) and The Lost Gardens of Heligan (11 miles) additionally we are only 500M from Wheal Martyn Country Park where there are cycle trails to St. Austell and The Eden Project. (We have some cycles available for guests to hire if they wish) br / br / br / br / The whole house is full of character. Guests are welcome to enjoy any of the numerous seating areas around the property and if they are feeling energetic can walk to the top of an adjacent landscaped clay borough known locally as Sky Trail where there are rabbits foxes buzzards and occasional deer as well as fabulous views. (Our three little friendly terriers will be more than pleased to show you the way!) br / br / br / br / We have two letting rooms both of which are doubles complete with ensuite shower rooms there is also Tea and Coffee facilities Hair Dryer SatTV/DVD and WiFi in each room. br / br / (Please note there are sloping beamed ceilings in the Rose room which reduce head height near the windows.)

Truro - A390 - Road: Head north on Lemon St toward Boscawen St. Turn right onto Boscawen St. Slight left onto Route 3. Take the 2nd right onto St. Austell St/B3284. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Tregolls Rd/A39/A390. Continue to follow A390. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on A390. Turn left onto Truro Rd. Turn left onto Bodmin Rd/B3274. Continue to follow B3274. Stay on this road and you will pass through Lockingate and then Bugle. Go straight across at the lights in Bugle and on up to Stenalees. At the roundabout go straight across to Carthew. Drive down the hill into Carthew you will pass the Sawles Arms on your right. Go through an s bend and Providence Farm is on your left.
