Orchard House is located in Royston which is full of history and character including its own cave and is a busy market town it is just 12 miles from the historic university city of Cambridge and only 8 miles from the Imperial War Museum Duxford. There is a short 5 minutes walk to the railway station which has direct rail links to both Cambridge and London. There is a local coach drop off and pick up point for coaches to and from Gatwick and Heathrow and the local bus to Cambridge City Centre. It is only 6 miles to Wimpole Hall and 6 miles to Shepreth Wildlife Park. We are also well situated for a number of wedding venues. br / br / br / br / Royston has numerous restaurants and pubs all within easy walking distance. Cambridge and M11 - Road: Follow A10 to Royston take 3rd exit onto A505. At next roundabout take 1st exit onto Old North Road go through 2 roundabouts and take 1st left. Follow the road and the property is on the right. br/ br/ London A10 - Road: Head south on Great Cambridge Road to A10. Make a Uturn and continue to follow the A10 and go through 6 roundabouts for 31 miles. This is a straight road all the way to Royston. Straight over 2 more roundabouts to Cambridge. At 3rd roundabout take 1st exit onto A505. Next roundabout take 1st exit into Old North Road over 2 roundabouts. Take 1st left into Serby Avenue and property on right hand side. br/ br/ M11 Duxford - Road: At junction 10 take A505 exit to Royston/Duxford. Take 1st exit to Royston A505. Go through 1 roundabout. At next roundabout take 1st exit into Old North Road through 2 roundabouts. Take 1st left into Serby Avenue and property is on the right. br/ br/ A1M - Road: At Junction 9 take A505 to Baldock.
