Having undergone complete reconstruction and rebuild One Holyrood B&B provides a cozy and homely retreat for all of our guests. We strive to achieve high standards in all aspects of our B&B and to accommodate for all of your individual needs and requirements. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and hospitality. br / br / br / br / Each of our rooms are uniquely decorated and within each of them we offer crisp and clean bedding/linen and large towels hand towels and bath mats toiletries including soaps and shower gels/body wash tea/coffee making facilities with complimentary biscuits a hairdryer television with Freeview and unlimited free WiFi Access. An iron and ironing board are available on request. br / br / br / br / Breakfasts are included in the room price and are served from 8am - 9:30am however an earlier time can be arranged on request to accommodate our guest s schedules. A variety of teas and cafetiere coffee are available with breakfasts. Continental breakfast includes a variety of cereals breads yogurts and fruit along with freshly prepared fruit salad and high-quality fruit juices. A cooked breakfast is also available. We try to use as much local produce for breakfasts as is available to us. br / br / br / br / One Holyrood is within easy walking distance of the Isle of Wight Festival held every year in June and we are a short drive to the Bestival site held in September. br / br / br / br / Our central location is ideal for the Island s principle town. Newport has two elegant squares and the many fine town houses date from Georgian and early Victorian times. Historic buildings have been restored to provide the tiny Apollo Theatre in Pyle Street and the internationally famous Quay Arts Centre just around the corner in Sea Street. br / br / br / br / The Island is home to many remarkable historical buildings and sites such as Carisbrooke Castle Osborne House Newport and Brading Roman Villas The Needles Old Battery and plenty more historic sites and monuments conserved and proudly displaying the island s heritage.

Directions to One Holyrood Newport

Wightlink Vehicle Ferry Fishboune PO334EU - Road: Exit the Ferry and turn right into Fishbourne Lane. At T-junction turn right onto Kite Hill/A3054 continue through 1 roundabout (4.2 miles). At roundabout take 5th exit onto Medina Way/A3020 (0.4miles). Take exit twoard Industrial Estates at roundabout take the 1st exit onto Holyrood St. One Holyrood is on left. To park car turn left into Sea Street and car park is on right. br/ br/ Wightlink Passenger Ferry Ryde Pier Head PO332DY - Bus: On disembarking from Ferry at Ryde Pier Head take train to Ryde (2 minutes). The bus station is directly as you exit the train station. Catch Southern Vectis No. 9 bus to Newport. Every 10 mins Mon-Sat daytime. Every 15 mins Mon-Sat evenings and Sundays. Night bus (Fri & Sat) every 60mins from midnight. Arriving at the station it is a 5 minute walk. Turn left into South Street (B3323) continue and turn right into High Street turn left into Holyrood Street and One Holyrood is on the right br/ br/ Newport Quay - Boat: 3 minute walk from Newport Quay. Head southwest on Hillside toward Sea St. Turn right into Sea St then left into Holyrood St. One Holyrood is at the junction with Sea St and Holyrood St. br/ br/ Red Funnel Vehicle Ferry S hampton to East Cowes - Road: The Red Funnel Vehicle service is between Southampton and East Cowes. One Holyrood is a 15 minute drive from East Cowes. Take the A3021 then the A3054 toward Newport then take the A3020 exit at the Industrial Estate sign and take the 1st exit to Holyrood Street and One Holyrood is on the left. br/ br/ Red Jet High Speed Service to West Cowes - Bus: This service is for foot passengers only. Catch Bus No.1 Bus Stop is adjacent to the Co-op store for a 25 minute journey to Newport Bus Terminus. One Holyrood is an 8 minute walk from there.
