Since 1840 the bank of the loch has provided a quiet scenic setting for Seabank. Glasgow - Road: By Road From Glasgow Edinburgh and the South follow the M8 through Glasgow. Take the M898 over the Erskine Bridge and follow the A82 north (to Crianlarich) and up the west side of Loch Lomond. At the Tarbet Hotel continue straight ahead on the A83 for 1.5 miles into Arrochar. Turn sharp left immediately after the Arrochar Hotel (signposted Helensburgh) onto the A814 Shore Rd . Continue along Shore Rd 100mtrs past the church to Seabank B&B on the left. br/ br/ Tarbet Train Station - Train: By Train Take the West Highland line from / via Glasgow Queen Street. Alight at Arrochar and Tarbet station. Leaving the station turn right on A83 following the road for approx 1/4 mile. At Church Rd identified by the stone remembrance pillar turn left. Follow Church Rd and bear right at the church keeping the church on to the left to its T junction with Shore Rd. Loch Long appears directly to the front and Seabank is 100 mtrs to the left. br/ br/ Airports - Train: From Glasgow Airport join the M8 going west. From Prestwick Airport take the A77 North onto the M77 and then the M8 west.Take the M898 exit over the Erskine Bridge and follow the A82 north (to Crianlarich) and up the west side of Loch Lomond.
