Friendlyhomelycomfortable house on the shores of Lough Neagh offers 2 bedrooms and one self contained apartment(B&B or self catering basis) for the use of guests. The bedrooms in the house have wonderful views of the Lough and binoculars are provided for guests to spot the birdlife the rooms also have hospitality trays TVs hairdryers and clock radios. An extensive fiction library is available. There is a very cosy sitting room with TV board gamesjigsaws and tourist information for the guests and a supply of tea/coffee and home baking. Breakfast relies on our own free range eggs and pork products from the rare breed pigs we keep during the summer months. Home made bread preserves and NI milk and butter also feature. Evening meals are available by arrangement and again local produce is used wherever possible. The Hayloft has one bedroom and large open living/kitchen/dining area. It can sleep up to 6 (maximum 5 adults) but the only bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.

Antrim - Road: Antrim take the Dublin Road out of Antrim heading towards the airport then take the road signposted Crumlin (Dungonnell Road) which is a road on the right over a S bend bridge crossing a railway go along this road and take the second turning on the right (Corbally Road) down to the end and turn left you will have th Lough on your right. Bay Cottage is about 1/2 mile along on the left hand side. br/ br/ Crumlin - Road: Follow the signs for Antrim past the cemetary and turn left still following signs for Antrim. You will be on the Dungonnell Road. Drive for approximately 3 miles watch for a road on the left after a long S bend take Ballyginniff Road go the end at T junction turn right and Bay cottage is on the right.
