Carmarthen - Road: From Carmarthen take the A40 dual carriageway. On reaching the roundabout take the A477 signposted to Tenby and Pembroke Dock. After 10 miles and having passed through Llanteg take a left turn signposted to Amroth Ludchurch and Wiseman s Bridge. After a further 2 miles turn right for Wiseman s Bridge. After about 50 yards turn left signposted Pleasant Valley and Pen Coed Bed and Breakfast is three quarters of a mile on that road on the left hand side.
