We provide 4 Star Silver highly recommended family friendly home from home Guest House / B & B accommodation and an Executive Self Catering Apartment. br / br / br / br / We are conveniently located in a peaceful residential area close to the junction of the A11 / A47 providing easy onward access. br / br / br / br / Highly rated by our guests with regular returners we offer 5 ensuite bedrooms some of which can be prepared flexibly as single twin double or family rooms up to a maximum of 4 family members. And one of our rooms (available as Single or a small Twin / Double) is also on the ground floor. br / br / br / br / Although we do take online bookings we do prefer guests to call or email to book to ensure that we are clear on your requirements and can prepare your room (eg twin / double / family etc) accordingly and also get some idea of your arrival time etc. br / br / br / br / Best visited with a car for ease of travel our Guests can walk to the University of East Anglia Norfolk and Norwich Hospital IFR The Sainsbury Centre and Norwich Research Park and are more than welcome to leave cars in the 24 hour off road parking that we have available. Guests may also catch a bus or use the Park and Ride (or walk ) into Norwich (about 3.5 miles away) or beyond. br / br / br / br / There is a choice of local pubs / restaurants a fish and chip shop a Chinese take away and a Waitrose in the area all of which are just under 1 mile away and therefore walkable for some. Our local pub also offers our Guests a 10% discount subject to some conditions. br / br / br / br / Cringleford is a lovely area and we look forward to welcoming you to our home. br / br / br / br / NB - It is worth mentioning that we are always concerned for the well being of all of our guests & are definitely NOT an appropriate venue for stag / hen parties or anything similar. Directions to Cringleford Guest House Norwich

A11 / A47 Junction - Road: At A11/A47 Thickthorn roundabout take the A11 into Norwich. After about 1/4 mile go straight over the roundabout. After a further 1/4 mile take the slip road to Cringleford. Turn left at the top of the slip road into Colney Lane & take the 5th turning on the right into Gurney Lane. (There is a small brick built Post Box at the top of Gurney Lane which is less than 1/2 mile from the slip road). No1 Gurney Lane is the 3rd house on the left from the top of the road after the bungalow.
