A warm welcome awaits you in our award winning B&B. All rooms have ensuite shower flat screen TVs with DVD players. Complimentary fair trade beverages fruit bowl and eco friendly toiletries. The king size - Pink Room - can also be supplied with a folding bed to create a family room. The Twin - Blue Room - on the ground floor. The double -(Green Room) - is our oldest room which we believe is about three hundred years old. Our Sauna can take up to 4 people and is situated in its own room complete with rest area relaxers shower and toilet so you can relax in style and comfort. We try to anticipate needs and in the winter you can enjoy log fires in our lovely guest lounge and in the summer light weight quality quilts and room fans will help you stay cool. br / br / br / br / Our award winning Breakfast comprises of a cold buffet home made preserves and fruit you then select off of a menu to create a cooked breakfast of your choice made freshly to order. One option is Ben s mess which is exclusive to Vine Cottage. br / br / br / br / In our central location we are within easy reach of the ancient sites of Stonehenge Avebury and Silbury hill. The Wessex Ridgeway and Wansdyke Path are just two of the more well known and from the top of Roundway Hill the Vale of Pewsey will open out before you in all its glory. M4 junction 17 - Road: On the M4 from the west (or east if you missed 16!) exit at junction 17 (Chippenham) follow signs for A4 (Calne and Bowood) then Devizes on A342 after entering the village of Rowde you will pass a car sales garage on your right take the next right turn into Bunnies Lane. br/ br/ M4 junction 16 - Road: From the east on M4 to junction 16 (Swindon West) take first exit from roundabout initially follow signs to golf complex once reaching T junction turn right onto A4361 travel to Devizes then follow signs to Chippenham A342 Rowde village is at the bottom of the Hill one mile from Devizes. At the bend of the road by the George and Dragon take the 2nd left turn into Bunnies Lane we are on the right hand side look out for the sign and Magnolia tree. br/ br/ Salisbury (south) - Road: From the south either on A360 from Salisbury or A342 from Andover follow signs for Devizes then follow signs to Chippenham A342 Rowde village is at the bottom of the Hill one mile from Devizes. At the bend of the road by the George and Dragon take the 2nd left turn into Bunnies Lane we are on the right hand side look out for the sign and Magnolia tree. br/ br/ Bath and Trowbridge - Road: From Bath (or Trowbridge-10miles) follow signs to Devizes when on the A361 take a left turn signposted Rowde (at the start of the dual carriageway) follow to end and turn left at the T junction (by the Cross Keys) then 2nd left on the bend by the George and Dragon. We are on the right hand side look out for the sign and Magnolia tree. br/ br/ London via Heathrow - Coach: From Devizes there is a daily National Express bus to and from London (via Heathrow Airport Newbury Hungerford and Marlborough). . Then take a short taxi ride to Vine cottage. From Swindon bus or rail station number 49 bus to Devizes then as above or in the day time catch the 33 bus to Chippenham but get off in Rowde. Train to Chippenham station then number 33 bus to the village of Rowde. In the evening a taxi will be required.
