Directions to Howden House Bed and Breakfast Tiverton

Take the Bickleigh road out of Tiverton. You will pass a BP garage on the right and then a long row of brick houses set back behind a grassed area. Very soon after these houses you go round an S bend with trees on either side. Start indicating right after this corner and take the second turning right immediately after Aubyn s Wood Avenue (before the bungalow Exe Tor). Take this tiny unmarked lane and Howden House is the third drive on the right (further on than Howden Hayes and Howden Pines). Please take note of these directions even if you use a Sat Nav as they often don t believe anyone lives up an unmarked lane!
