Rosebank B&B boasts a very large room with super king bed sofabed flat screen TV free Wi-Fi table and chairs small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. There is an ensuite shower room which looks out on to the orchard at the back of the property. br / br / br / br / Continental breakfast is put up in to the room the evening before for guests to enjoy at whatever time they wish to get up in the morning! Wherever possible the ingredients are local or homemade eg our own Rosebank Organic Apple Juice and homemade jams/marmalade. Milk butter and yoghurts are from Northiam Dairy and the bread for toast is from the wonderful Lighthouse Bakery in Ticehurst. Fresh fruit salad is in the fridge and homemade cake available on arrival. br / br / br / br / The accommodation is private you have a key to come and go as you please! Perfect base for visiting friends or family. br / br / br / br / Rosebank is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is ideally located for visiting local National Trust properties including Batemans Bodiam Castle and Scotney Castle as well as beautiful gardens being halfway between Sissinghurst and Great Dixter near Rye. 5 minutes away are Pashley Manor and Merriments. br / br / br / br / Etchingham village has a wonderful shop and Deli and Bistro at the Station only 5 minutes walk. The mainline station goes to London via Tunbridge Wells to the north and Hastings via Battle to the south. We have off road private parking outside the accommodation. br / br / br / br / Bedgebury Pinetum is up the road for walking and cycling or for the more adventurous Go Ape Bewl Water for sailing and fishing and Vineyards for tours and tastings eg Chapel Down and Seddlescombe Organic Vineyard. There are lots of pubs and restaurants for fine dining or more casual just for a pint of local Harveys Best Bitter! The friendly hosts can give you lots of local information on things to do and restaurants/pubs to visit and try to make your visit as comfortable and memorable as possible!

Directions to Rosebank Bed And Breakfast Etchingham

M25 - Road: Take A21 Junction 5 off the M25 to Hastings. Stay on the A21 for about 35 minutes past Tunbridge Wells until you arrive in Hurst Green. Turn Right on to Station Road and follow this road for a mile into Etchingham. Go over the level crossing and up the gradual hill. Rosebank B&B is just after the Post Office on the right. If you get to Oxenbridge Lane on the left you have gone to far. There is a Rosebank B&B sign on the reddish brick wall outside. Come up the steep drive through the gates.
