The Rose and Crown Hotel offers 8 en-suite bedrooms on a bed & breakfast tariff. This former coaching inn in the centre of Carmarthen underwent major renovation in 2005. All rooms are fully refurbished & decorated in a modern style. There is a choice of double twin and family rooms all with wifi sky tv dvd radio tea and coffee making facilities. Our busy bar and restaurant provide quality ales and premium lagers serving prime welsh steak fish and seafood quality local produce and luscious desserts. We are a comfortable 40 minutes drive from the ferry port of Pembroke Dock and about 50 minutes from Fishguard.We are easy to find. From the M4 Swansea & Cardiff . Follow the A48 dual carriageway to Carmarthen. At the 1st roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A40. After 700 yards at the roundaboutturn right onto the A4242. After 250 yards at the next roundabout turn left into Blue Street. Follow the one way system leading into Lammas Street. After 250 yards you will see a large black & white building the Boar s Head on your left. The Rose and Crown Hotel is 50 yards further on the left. A public car park is situated just 30 yards past the pub on the left. From the A40 West Pembrokeshire . Follow the A40 dual carriageway to Carmarthen. At the 1st Roundabout go straight ahead onto the A4242. After 250 yards at the next roundabout turn left into Blue Street. Follow the one way system leading into Lammas Street. After 250 yards you will see a large black & white building the Boar s Head on your left. The Rose and Crown Hotel is 50 yards further on the left. A public car park is situated just 30 yards past the pub on the left.
