Kelly House is a Georgian country house the home of the Kelly family for over 900 years. The current property was built in 1742 and provides three king-sized rooms for guest accommodation. Guests are free to use the gardens and grounds for their own enjoyment in addition to the classical Drawing Room. Breakfasts are served in the stately dining room which also hosts evening meals if guests require. The three bedrooms have been recently redecorated to a high standard including state of the art heating systems and brand new en suite bathrooms to provide the highest levels of comfort. The house is situated in the quiet hamlet of Kelly midway between Tavistock and the Cornish border. Approximately three miles from the A30 the rural setting is calming and tranquil. With views of Bodmin Moor from the front bedrooms and reception rooms and only a few miles from Dartmoor this location is popular with walkers cyclists and those seeking peace and quiet.

Directions from Exeter 1. Take the A30 toward Cornwall 2. Take the exit toward Broadwoodwidger/Bratton Clovelly/Stowford and continue 3. Turn left (signs for Sprytown/Lifton) 4. Turn right toward Station Rd 5. Continue straight onto Station Rd 6. Turn left 7. Pass Ambrosia and go across the narrow bridge 8. Follow the road for about a mile and take the next right 9. Follow the road past a church and the house is next door Directions from Cornwall 1. Take the A30 east toward Devon 2. Take the A388 exit toward Plymouth/A38/Callington/Liskeard/A390/Tavistock/B3362 3. Turn right onto Tavistock Rd/A388 and continue crossing 1 roundabout 4. Turn left onto B3362 sign post Lawihiton and Tavistock 5. Turn left onto Old Greystone Hill/B3362 6. After you cross the bridge take the first left toward Bradstrone/Kelly/Lifton 7. When you get to the top of the hill turn left 8. Follow the road past the Pink House pass the first church. We are beside the second church.
