Hay Meadow Farm is a 12th century thatched manor house with origins dating even further back. br / br / Mentioned in the Doomsday Book the farm is steeped in history with its inglenook fireplaces and exposed wooden beams the cottage is brimming with character. br / br / br / br / We have 4 beautifully decorated rooms all en-suite and with organic mattresses (except clover room that is a luxury mattresses just not organic) hemp curtains wool carpets 100% natural towles sheets & duvets. The rooms are cosy and centraly heated with materials that are all natural clean and fresh. The cottage is surrounded by it s own land always peaceful the noisesd thing for miles arround are the owls. br / br / br / br / We hope that your dining experience at Hay Meadow Farm will be as enjoyable as your peaceful nights sleep. Our food is organic local and fair trade wherever it is possible. Directions to Hay Meadow Farm Beaworthy

Holsworthy - Road: From Holsworthy take the A388 to Launceston follow this road for 3 miles until arriving at the village of Clawton. In the centre of the village turn left at the crossroads signed to Ashwater and follow for 1.5 miles. At cross road turn right to Ashwater. 300m and you will come to another cross roads turn left signed to Halwill. Follow this road for 1 mile take second turning left. the farm is located a further 100m on the right. br/ br/ Oakhampton - Road: From Oakhampton: take the B3260 sign to Holsworthy. You will come onto the A3079 Holsworthy Road. Follow A3079 Holsworthy Road for 9 miles to Halwill Junction staying on the A3079 for a further 2.5 miles here the road bends right with a left hand turning and a pull in bus stop. Turn left here signed to Ashwater. Continue along single track road for 2 miles pass the Alpaca Park on right incline up Bendibus Hill. At the top of Bendibus Hill turn left at crossroads signed Halwill. Hay Meadow br/ br/ Launceston - Road: From A30 West or Launceston Follow A388 Signed to Holsworthy for 10 miles until you reach the village of Clawton. Take the first right turning at the crossroads in the Centre of the signed to Ashwater. Follow this road for 1.5 miles. You will arrive at a cross road turn right here signed to Ashwater. Travel for 300m and you will come to another cross roads here you must turn left signed to Halwill. Follow this road for 1 mile taking your second turning left. The farm is located a further 100m on
