If you wish to explore or sight see locally there are various castles distilleries and loch Ness culloden battlefield clava cairns and of course spectacular scenery br / br / br / br / Also look out for the wildlife - there are deer dolphins seals eagles red kite highland cattle otters and a bit more difficult to see the loch ness monster!!

Inverness - Road: Continue the A9 by-passing Inverness and cross the suspension bridge continue for 5 miles until you reach a roundabout take the 1st exit sign posted Beauly continue 4 miles until the village of Muir of Ord at the junction turn sharp left towards Beauly continue for 1 mile until you reach signpost for Windhill turn right and Springburn Lodge is 200m ahead
