Walking from Perth train or bus station to Almond Villa is only 0.8 miles so should take between 15-20mins. Leave the station (from train station turn left and bus station turn right) and head North on Leonard Street. After 150ft turn left into Alexandria St. At the end of the road turn right into Caledonian Rd. Keep going straight cross over at traffic lights and a roundabout. Turn left at the next set of traffic lights (Police station is on your left) Walk up Dunkeld Rd passed Frankie & Benny s restaurant and TKMaxx. Cross over the road at the pedestrian crossing and continue. Almond Villa is on your right-hand side.
