Hill Top Farm Lodges are tucked away between a small private woods and a field of grazing cattle yet fantastically located 40 minutes from London and 15 minutes from Heathrow Airport. For those visiting us on business this luxury self catering accommodation provides the perfect place to unwind without being subjected to four walls. The lodges also provide the ideal base for those that want to simply take in the view or visit the numerous local national attractions. Ash Elm and Oak lodges are finished tastefully and to a very high standard within a rural village setting. Located minutes from the M25 M3 M4 and a short distance from Windsor Egham Chertsey Staines upon Thames Ascot Wentworth and Sunningdale. Hill Top Farm Lodges are luxury self catering accommodation and are impressive in every way from views to interior location to privacy. They have been beautifully finished to a very high standard. The open plan living area is a great place to cook eat and relax. Each lodge has a wall mounted flat screen TV DVD and docking station. All the doors are solid oak which complement the country kitchen and traditional black beams ceiling. All the lodges have dimmer lighting and are fitted with complimentary Wi-Fi. The stylish wet room in each lodge will help you shower away your sleepy slumber or wash away those muddy legs from walking or cycling around The Crown Estate. The bathrooms are also fitted with heated towel rails and an electric shaver/toothbrush point. The Lodges are perfectly positioned so if our British weather decides to bath us in sunshine you can enjoy your morning coffee relaxing on your own patio bench. For alfresco dining why not try breakfast lunch or dinner on one of the picnic benches beside the wishing well. There is a separate laundry/kit room where bikes can also be stored. This also houses a washing machine tumble dryer and a mop and a bucket should you need it. Access details are in your lodge on arrival. The only access to Hill Top Farm Lodges is through the electric gates which are operated via your key fob. The fob will also give you swipe entry into your lodge. For peace of mind each lodge is fitted with its own alarm system. There are ample parking spaces within the gated grounds of the lodges. Children are welcome and fold out beds (at additional cost) cots and high chairs can be provided. All reservations must be paid in advance. Payment will be taken as soon as the booking is received. Hill Top Farm Lodges reserve the right to charge the debit/credit card for any damages caused.

Directions to Hill Top Farm Lodges Chertsey

FROM HEATHROW/M25 Leave the M25 at junction 11 and take the exit signposted Woking. Follow the dual carriageway to the roundabout and take the second exit signposted Chertsey. Go straight across the next roundabout signposted Chertsey. At the next roundabout turn left then take the road immediately on your right called Hardwick Lane. Follow this road for 2 miles until you see Lyne Lane on your left. Turn down Lyne Lane and Hilltop Farm Lodges are the second turning on the right. FROM VIRGINIA WATER TRAIN STATION Leave the station and take the first turning on your right. Then turn right onto the main road. Go over the bridge to the traffic lights. Turn right at the lights and follow the road down. Take the first turning left onto Bridge Lane. Follow the road down and turn right into Lyne Lane. Hill Top Farm Lodges are the second turning on the right.
