Set in an acre of beautiful Hampshire countryside and woodland Bootmenders offers warm comfortable accommodation in a stunning location a relaxed atmosphere and superb facilities br / br / br / br / The guest accommodation consists of 2 private self contained cottages in the garden one of which The Barn caters for 2 people and features its own kitchen additionally the Barn also has an en-suite shower room. br / br / The other room The Cottage also offers cooking facilities and consists of 2 bedrooms allowing up to 5 guests to sleep in comfort. Downstairs guests will find a double room lounge area and shower room upstairs is another bedroom which can sleep up to 3 children. br / br / br / br / Both rooms also offer guests TV s Hospitality trays (tea coffee & biscuits) Hot water bottles i-pod docks and a selection of books and magazines. br / br / br / br / You are provided with everything you need to make breakfast in the rooms. This includes pastries yoghurt fruit milk eggs butter jam and a selection of cereals. br / br / br / br / In the local village of Froxfield you will find the Pub with no name which takes a great deal of pride in promoting the traditional aspects of the old fashioned pub and serves great food. Being just 4 miles from A3 and mainline station we are easily located but far enough away to feel like you are in the heart of the tranquil Hampshire countryside. br / br / br / br / There are many country paths surrounding the property or a little further afield you will find the South Downs Way making us brilliantly located for walkers and cyclists. br / br / br / br / Well behaved dogs are welcome but please let us know in advance if you wish to bring them we charge £8 per night for this. br / br / br / br / If required we can offer our guests covered and secure parking by prior arrangement br / br / br / br / Please note that although we can accept credit / debit cards this is by prior arrangement only.

Directions to Bootmenders B&B Petersfield

A3 - From the South - Road: Exit at A272 signposted Winchester/Alton and at roundabout take 1st exit left (or 3rd if coming from Portsmouth) to Town Centre. at next roundabout take 1st exit singposted Alton/Steep Continue for 3 miles up Stoner Hill At top turn left to Froxfield After 100m turn left again to Froxfield Green We are located 1 mile from here after a sharp right hand bend. Bootmenders is the second thatched cottage on left behind a woven hazel fence. br/ br/ From the West - Road: Take A272 from Winchester to Petersfield Go over crossroads at Meon Hut Pub. Continue another 2.5miles to Bordean and turn left to Froxfield Continue another 2 miles to Froxfield Green and follow road round to right. Continue a further 2 miles past Vinnells Farm on left. Bootmenders is 200m further along up a slight hill on right.
