From Carmarthen. Follow signs for Llanelli A484. Go through two roundabouts pass through Cwmfrwd and after 2 miles take a slight left onto the B4309 signposted Pontyates. Stay on the B4309 for 4 miles passing through Bancycapel & Pontantwn. Shortly after passing through Meinciau turn left at the large brown tourist board sign for The Baltic Inn & Restaurant. Stay on this country lane for 0.5 mile and you will come to The Baltic. From The A48 Dual Carriageway at Cross Hands.take the A476 signposted Llanelli.Go straight ahead at Traffic lights in Cross Hands square & follow the A476 up hill to Upper Tumble. After 2.25 miles take the main turning right towardsTumble & Lower Tumble. After 1.1 miles towards the bottom of the hill turn left onto Derwen Road. Keep on the B4317 through Pontyberem. After approx 4 miles you will come to Ponthenri. Turn sharp right at the large brown tourist board sign for the Baltic Inn. The Baltic is approximately 0.5 mile down this lane past the primary school and over a small bridge. From Llanelli. Folow signs to Furnace on the B4309. Pass through Furnace & stay on the B4309 for 6 miles passing through Five Roads & Cynheidre. After The New Inn take a sharp right onto the B4317. after 0.7 mile turn left at the large brown tourist board sign for The Baltic Inn & Restaurant. The Baltic is approximately 0.5 mile down this lane past the primary school and over a small bridge.
