 A Family owned and run small hotel. We hope to offer a home from home feel.No frills basic clean low cost BREAKFAST AVAILABLE ALL WEEK BUT MUST BE BOOKED THE EVENING BEFORE BY GUESTS and this is at an extra cost NO CHECK IN AFTER 10 PM UNLESS PRE ARRANGED WITH ESTABLISHMENT. Identification will be asked for on arrival for security reasons. payments will be taken on your last evening unless advised you wish to pay by another method other than details given when booking. NEW OPENING TIMES. Breakfast are available on request. Also a take away lunch can be purchased.these are charged separately from room charge unless already agreed. Our restaurant serves home cooked food and is open Tuesday-Saturday 6.30pm-8.30pm Sunday 12 Noon -2pm Carvery closed for summer re starts 11th September 2016 Our Bar opens in the evenings from 6.30pm-10pm TuesdayWednesday and Thursday. 6pm-11pm Friday & Saturday 12 Noon -3pm Sundays not August PLEASE NOTE BAR AND RESTAURANT DO NOT OPEN ON A SUNDAY EVENING OR AT ANY TIME ON A MONDAY. we are situated in a small market town which has a traditional market on every Saturday.Please note parking is opposite and free for your stay. We are on the main road into Swaffham so therefor please expect some noise from traffic. Ideal place to use as a base for visiting our beautiful coast towns WellsCromerand many more. Ideal base to stay for R.A.F Marham Although closed at certain parts of the day residents are able to check in at any time by calling on arrival you will be greeted by either the owner or a member of staff to enable you to check in.
