Architecturally designed house that looks like a bungalow from the front but when you come in you will find it extremely spacious. The house is situated on two levels come inside and you will find a large spacious hallway come down three steps and you will find the breakfast room. We have one double en-suite on the first floor. Next wind your way down a spiral staircase and you will find an area where you can relax and have a drink. Then you have a choice of two decks a large deck to your left where you can BBQ and relax in the sunshine until the sun goes down you then have a choice of lighting the outside fire and continue to enjoy your evening or as an alternative if the sun is still shining you could move to the smaller deck located on the opposite side of the lower level where you can enjoy the sunshine in the late evening. Back inside a large inviting lounge awaits you with a 55 HDTV offering Sky. If it is a chilly evening we offer a wood burner that can be lit. Don t want to watch TV then you can always take advantage of our sauna for a nominal extra fee. When it is time for bed there are two double rooms available on the lower level. All rooms offer tea/coffee making facilities TV with freeview and DVD players. Two bedrooms on the lower floor one is en-suite the other room offers a king size bed a private large shower room which is four steps from your room and this room has patio doors leading onto the deck where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or if you smoke this is an ideal room for you! Directions to Topos Guest House St. Austell

St Austell - Train: Local pick-up available free of charge with prior arrangement. Taxi s also available for a small tariff. br/ br/ M5 - Road: Enter St Austell of A391 once in town you will go under a large viaduct 400 yds on the right is an old hotel alongside is (Trenance Rd). Go past the turning for 100 yds swing round the bollard and come back on yourself approach the lane which will be on your left. Go down Trenance Road(head towards the viaduct)on your left will be (Grove Road) go past the viaduct first street on left will be Sparnon Close. Topos is down in the bottom left corner.
