Just miles from the M62 corridor nestled in the quaint village of Stainland overlooking the idyllic Pennine hills 1885 the Restaurant Pub & Guest Rooms lie within elegant seclusion amidst its rustic surroundings. The family run restaurant & pub is sophisticated but unassuming with a relaxed and informal ambience a warm and personal service and consistently fabulous food. Near Fixby Golf Club one of the finest golf courses in England Shibden Valley with Shibden Park and Shibden Hall The Yorkshire Sculpture Park with its stunning views Hebden Bridge the gateway to Bronte Country or have a stroll round the surrounding valleys and Eureka the national childrens museum for big and little kids! Our newly renovated rooms will accommodate a range of needs be it a cosy bed & breakfast a sumptuous bridal suite or even a large room for board meetings or cocktail parties. We are very mindful of guests privacy and so have created an entirely separate part of the building accessible only to those staying with us. Guests will have their own key for a separate external door and so can enjoy the complete exclusivity of the rooms. Dining with us in the restaurant and don t fancy the drive home You can always book a room for the night! We have no minimum stay rule. Or if you are looking for a weekend away in the beautiful Calder valley our en-suite bedrooms may be just what you need. Leave junction 24 From MANCHESTER. Follow signs for Blackley. Take the first left off the motorway continue down the steep hill. Turn left at the bottom and follow the road to the junction. Turn left onto Stainland Road. Follow road up through Stainland. The road will narrow in the village 1885 the Pub is 100 yards up on the right. Turn right immediately before the Pub. From LEEDS. Follow signs for Blackley onto Ainley Top roundabout. Right on the roundabout 5th exit. Follow the road to the next roundabout first left on the next roundabout. Continue down the steep hill. Turn left at the bottom and follow the road to the junction. Turn left onto Stainland Road. Follow road up through Stainland. The road will narrow in the village 1885 the Pub is 100 yards up on the right. Turn right immediately before the Pub.
