We are a friendly family run b & b with 3 cosy attractively decorated rooms. 1 double room with en-suite bathroom and shower 1 double room with shared bathroom and shower 1 single room with shared bathroom and shower. All our rooms have freeview TV hairdryer tea and coffee making facilities and homemade biscuits. We have a large family kitchen and dining area where breakfast is served and lovely garden which you can enjoy if the sun is shining. Diana and Julian and their 2 dogs Tarka and Rori will there on arrival to provide you with a warm welcome including tea and homemade biscuits on arrival. A locally sourced full English breakfast is provided in the family kitchen/dining area. Diana s homemade creams teas are available on prior request.

Directions to Blackwater Cottage Blackwater

From Ilminster Coming from Ilminster on the A303 towards Honiton. Reach the Ilminster Southfields roundabout and travel 4.6miles to the Eagle tavern on your right hand side. Turn right immediately signposted Wellington Taunton and Buckland St Mary continue for 1 mile passing a 40 maximum speed sign and take the next small left hand turn signposted Blackwater. Follow the road down and up the hill and we are the fifth house on the left. From the M5 Leaving the M5 at Junction 25 at the roundabout take the 4th exit on to the A358 towards Yeovil. Take road off to West Hatch and follow signs to Staple Fitzpaine. Once in Staple Fitzpaine turn left. Follow road up Staple Hill and turn left. Pass signs to Neroche Castle on your left and take the next small right hand turn to Blackwater. Follow the road down and up the hill and we are the fifth house on the left.
